1. Shipping

   • We aim to process and ship your order in a timely manner. Please refer to the individual product pages for estimated delivery times.

2. Shipping Fees

   • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products in your order. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

   • In the rare event that your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our Customer Service within 2-7 days of expected delivery. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Return Policy

1. General Returns

   • Due to the unique nature of our handcrafted goods and living plants, we do not accept returns for most products.

2. Returns for Knitted Goods

   • We understand that sometimes, despite the care we take, you may need to return knitted goods. In such cases, we accept returns for knitted items only when the following conditions are met:
     • The return request is made within 1-3 days after receiving the item.
     • You must contact our Customer Service to record your return request before shipping the item back.
     • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
     • Items found with pet hair will not be accepted as a return.

3. Cancellation

   • If you decide to cancel an order, you may do so within 1-2 days after purchase and before shipping has occurred. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate the cancellation process.

4. Refunds

   • If your return is approved and meets the specified conditions, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
